The Service is owned and operated by Boats N Hose LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited; misrepresenting your age will result in account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

User Conduct & Content Rules

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats.
• Illegal activity of any kind.
• Impersonation of another person or entity, or creating fake/misleading profiles.
• Spam, scams, or commercial solicitations without our written consent.
• Posting nudity, pornography, or explicit content in public areas of the app.
• Sending unsolicited explicit material in any context.

In private chats, explicit content is only permitted if both consenting adults clearly agree. Content involving non-consensual acts, minors, exploitation, or violent sexual content is strictly prohibited.

All users must follow DeckMate™ Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Reporting & Moderation

Users may block or report others. We reserve the right to investigate and take action at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property & License

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and other materials within the Service are owned by DeckMate™ or its licensors.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites and services. We do not control or endorse these services.

Bookings & Affiliate Links

DeckMate™ is not a cruise line or travel agency. Booking transactions are fulfilled by third-party partners.

In-App Purchases & Refunds

Optional premium features or subscriptions may be offered. Purchases are governed by Apple/Google terms.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

User Safety; Assumption of Risk

DeckMate™ does not conduct background checks and does not guarantee the identity or conduct of any user.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

International Users

The Service is operated from the United States.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

DeckMate™ and Boats N Hose LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
